In God’s Kingdom, the poor are rich, the meek inherit, the persecuted rejoice—and the spiritually bankrupt are called blessed. “Blessed are the poor in spirit, for theirs is the kingdom of heaven.” In a world obsessed with achievement, performance, and image, Jesus reaveals the truth: The Kingdom of Heaven is something we receive, not something we achieve.
